2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup agave or maple syrup
1/3 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
1 teaspoon salt
In a mixer, add flour, baking soda and salt.
Add in peanut butter, sweetener, oil and vanilla mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop heaping tablespoons onto cookie tray and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
