Gluten Free Energy Bar Recipes

2 cups puffed rice cereal

2 cups puffed millet cereal

2/3 cup raisins

2/3 cup goji berries

2/3 cup dried blueberries

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup almond butter

1 cup brown rice syrup

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Mix dry ingredients together.

In a saucepan, combine nut butter with rice syrup and bring to a boil. Turn off heat.

Add vanilla extract, cool slightly and pour over dry cereal.

Press into lightly oiled sheet pan and cool completely.

Slice into 1 inch bars.
